Founder & Executive Director

Tamara Lobban

Tamara Lobban is an accomplished educational leader, community advocate, and nonprofit founder with a lifelong commitment to service and empowerment. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, which have shaped her ability to build programs that foster growth, resilience, and sustainability. With over two decades of experience as a Middle School Educational Leader in Broward County Public Schools, Tamara has dedicated her career to uplifting educators, students, and families. As the Founder and CEO of TLC4Teachers,and TLC4Youth. She leads a mission to support youth, and educators beyond the classroom through, school partnerships, leadership development, mentorship, advocacy, health and wellness initiatives, and financial assistance, ensuring that teachers have the tools and community they need to thrive both personally and professionally. Tamara’s leadership reflects her lifelong mantra, “True leadership begins with service to others, Service Above Self.” Her dedication to collaboration and community partnership has earned her multiple awards for service and civic engagement. Through TLC4Teachers and its expanding programs, she continues to create opportunities for educators, students, and families, building stronger, more connected communities across South Florida and beyond.

Brandon Brenner

As the Director of Community Engagement for TLC 4 Teachers, Brandon Brenner is committed to building strong relationships that connect educators, local businesses, and the community. With a passion for service and a gift for creating impactful events, Brandon ensures teachers feel appreciated, supported, and celebrated for the difference they make every day. In addition to his work with TLC 4 Teachers, Brandon is the founder of Kingdom Corporate Consulting, a company dedicated to producing purposeful and inspiring experiences for businesses and organizations. Through Kingdom’s Community Partnership Program, TLC 4 Teachers proudly stands as a Kingdom Partner, working hand in hand to create initiatives that uplift educators and strengthen community ties. Brandon’s mission is simple, bring people together, celebrate service, and build a culture of gratitude that empowers those who dedicate their lives to others.

Dexton Lobban

Dexton Lobban is a founding board member of TLC4Teachers and has been a dedicated supporter of the organization’s mission since its inception. From helping shape its vision to supporting its growth, Dexton has played a key role in advancing the organization’s impact on educators and the community. As an Electrical Superintendent with more than 22 years of experience, Dexton leads complex hospital renovation projects with a focus on innovation, safety, and excellence. Passionate about serving others, he is committed to volunteerism and giving back to educators. Dexton is proud to support the mission of TLC4Teachers by helping empower educators, strengthen communities, and create lasting opportunities for future generations.

Ria Balram

Ria Balram is a civil litigation attorney whose primary areas of practice include real estate litigation, contract litigation and immigration. Ms. Balram began her legal career as a transactional attorney for a creditor rights firm before moving to their litigation department. As a litigation attorney, Ms. Balram has handled numerous non-jury trials and successfully negotiated the settlement of contract disputes.

Casandra Morgan

Casandra Morgan VP of Membership & Community Engagement

Casandra is an individual with a rich background and deep involvement in her community. Her career trajectory from hospitality to community engagement reflects her dedication to customer service and fostering positive relationships. It's impressive how she has leveraged her skills and experiences across various industries, including her pivotal role at the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce. Beyond her professional achievements, Casandra's commitment to volunteer work and leadership roles in organizations like the Pompano Beach Woman’s Club and the General Federation Women’s Club of Florida showcases her passion for community service and advocacy. Her involvement with the United Way's Reading Pal program highlights her dedication to education and youth development as well. Casandra's love for the arts and her role as a loving mother and grandmother further round out her vibrant personality and diverse interests. It's clear that she brings both professional expertise and a warm, engaging spirit to her roles, making her a valuable asset to her community and the organizations she serves.
