Founder & Executive Director
Tamara Lobban
Tamara Lobban is an accomplished educational leader, community advocate, and nonprofit founder with a lifelong commitment to service and empowerment. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, which have shaped her ability to build programs that foster growth, resilience, and sustainability. With over two decades of experience as a Middle School Educational Leader in Broward County Public Schools, Tamara has dedicated her career to uplifting educators, students, and families. As the Founder and CEO of TLC4Teachers,and TLC4Youth. She leads a mission to support youth, and educators beyond the classroom through, school partnerships, leadership development, mentorship, advocacy, health and wellness initiatives, and financial assistance, ensuring that teachers have the tools and community they need to thrive both personally and professionally. Tamara’s leadership reflects her lifelong mantra, “True leadership begins with service to others, Service Above Self.” Her dedication to collaboration and community partnership has earned her multiple awards for service and civic engagement. Through TLC4Teachers and its expanding programs, she continues to create opportunities for educators, students, and families, building stronger, more connected communities across South Florida and beyond.

Brandon Brenner
As the Director of Community Engagement for TLC 4 Teachers, Brandon Brenner is committed to building strong relationships that connect educators, local businesses, and the community. With a passion for service and a gift for creating impactful events, Brandon ensures teachers feel appreciated, supported, and celebrated for the difference they make every day. In addition to his work with TLC 4 Teachers, Brandon is the founder of Kingdom Corporate Events, a company dedicated to producing purposeful and inspiring experiences for businesses and organizations. Through Kingdom’s Community Partnership Program, TLC 4 Teachers proudly stands as a Kingdom Partner, working hand in hand to create initiatives that uplift educators and strengthen community ties. Brandon’s mission is simple, bring people together, celebrate service, and build a culture of gratitude that empowers those who dedicate their lives to others.

Chair, TLC4Youth Program
Trinitee Clements
Trinitee Clements is a servant-hearted leader committed to uplifting and empowering the next generation through mentorship, community support, and guidance. She began her journey with TLC4Teachers as an intern, where her passion, dedication, and natural connection with educators and students quickly became evident. Through consistent service and leadership growth, she was appointed Chair of TLC4Youth, expanding her vision to support youth beyond the classroom. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Trinitee approaches youth development holistically, prioritizing wellness, confidence, and character growth. Her heart for service is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported as they discover their identity and purpose. As Chair of TLC4Youth, Trinitee works to cultivate programs that encourage leadership, positive decision-making, emotional wellness, and meaningful mentorship opportunities. Her leadership reflects compassion, authenticity, and biblical principles believing that mentorship is ministry and that strong youth build stronger communities. Guided by her passion for service, Trinitee is devoted to helping young people discover their strengths, and build confidence. Through authentic mentorship, community connection, and intentional support, she strives to inspire students to grow into leaders who positively influence their schools, families, and communities.
